Lasting Designs have to say how much it enjoyed the Island Expo  10 recently held at the  Cowes Yacht Haven. Having some experience of event management ourselves, what hard work it is to organise such events.

Were there teething problems? Yes, but these generally get left in the past, were people able to get their story out - definately. These type of event's often isn't the place to close deals, though we'd imagine some were. It's about getting your business noticed, without doubt that happened, the coming months will back that up.

The event was generally aimed at the catering industry, however we were able to speak to several businesses that we are hopeful to help soon. What really is important is that you get seen, several new companies to my eyes will looked for in the future, They brought style into their stands and deserve every success. The Isle of Wight really does have some great companies and products too.
